auction will be televised from our broadcast facility on Peoria's
Riverfront, April 25th - 28th, and we encourage you to participate right here and now.

What is the WTVP Auction?
The WTVP 47 AUCTION is a
once-a-year televised fundraising event for Central Illinois' Public
Television station. It involves thousands of bidders and hundreds of
volunteers from all around central Illinois, so it presents an
opportunity to promote your business on television and to associate your
business with a respected community institution.
How does the WTVP Auction work?

Retailers, manufacturers,
businesses and individuals donate merchandise and services to be
presented live on WTVP's annual fundraising auction
-
Items are shown and
described on-air by volunteer auctioneers

Viewers bid by telephone from
the comfort of their home.
-
Donors get valuable on-air exposure, viewers
get great merchandise at great prices, and WTVP raises much-needed funds
to help support the quality viewers count on seeing on Channel 47.
