Pick Up 'N' Pay:
You are the high bidder - Now What?
Auction 2012
April 26th-29th
Rules of AUCTION state that all high bidders must pick up and
pay for their merchandise before AUCTION is back on air the next day. * Any
unclaimed items will either go to the second highest bidder or be put back up
for auction. But how do you know and where do you go?
If you are the high bidder on an item, a volunteer will
call you - the same evening you bid - to confirm. (If you don't get called, you
didn't get the item so better luck next time.) The confirmation volunteer will
give you any specific instructions you need. If you are from the Bloomington or
Galesburg areas, be sure to ask about special pick up locations/dates.
The Pick Up 'N' Pay center is at 101 State Street on Peoria's Riverfront.
When you come for your items, come to WTVP's broadcast facility. Follow the
Pick Up 'N' Pay signs to the building. Park your car and come to the door marked "Pick Up 'N'
Pay," and our volunteers will help you from there.
Remember that you must pick up your items
the next day after you bid. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
cards are all welcome. But don't come down to pick up your items unless a
member of our confirmation team called to tell you that you were the high
bidder.
2012 Pick up and Pay Hours:
To Be Announced* High Bidders with EXPRESS BID NUMBERS may pick up their
items on any day of Pick Up 'N' Pay. Last day for pick up is Monday, April
