This is being written on Valentine's Day. As of today we are a little less than $200,000 away from having all the dollars necessary to end the situation with Bank of America by the February 28 deadline. It looks very probable that the station will be saved.
 If it is, it is due only to the unlimited generosity of you and 5,500 other households in Central Illinois, the leadership of our Board of Trustees and the unflagging energy and steadfastness of our Chairman Joe O'Neill.
We are hopeful of a full resolution and will make a complete report next month. Meanwhile we will be going full speed ahead with the March membership drive and the 35th annual WTVP Auction.
Color us hopeful...and awaiting the move to joyful.
