This Month on At Issue

Monday, February 4th, 2010

WTVPís public affairs series At Issue continues on Thursday, Feb. 4 with the directors of Illinois USDA Economic Development and the Illinois Institute for Rural Affairs discussing programs they offer to help small towns and struggling businesses during the economic downturn.
On Feb 11, representatives of the Peoria Symphony, Cornstock Theater, Peoria Civic Center and others will look at methods to establish an enduring cultural arts community.

And on Feb 18, board members of the Illinois Municipal League will outline their concerns over public pensions, unfunded mandates, and other state imposed requirements.

The half-hour programs with host H Wayne Wilson generally air on Thursdays at 8:30 p.m. and are repeated the following Sundays at 4:30 p.m.   The program is also available for viewing online at wtvp.org or through ITunes.
