March roars in like the proverbial lion with a fantastic line up of star-studded specials. Yes, it’s “drive time” on WTVP, and we’ve packed the schedule to over flowing with entertainment and information designed to encourage your continued support of public television. We’re pulling out all the stops as we work towards our budgeted goals—and try to make up for the $20,000 shortfall from December.

Look for music of the ages with Tony Bennett, Big Band Vocalists, and Lawrence Welk. Go Broadway bound with the musical legacy of Oscar Hammerstein II and thrilling productions of The Phantom of the Opera and Les Misérables. Introduce yourself to new acts and rising stars such as Il Volo, Idina Menzel and the former Jersey Boys crooners that call themselves Under the Streetlamp. Learn a little something about body, mind and soul from experts such as Wayne Dyer, Christiane Northrup, and Lori Mosca. Rock out with the likes of Elvis, Paul Simon, Don MacLean, Billy Joel, The B-52s and more. And laugh a little with Victor Borge, Ed Sullivan and Red Green
