Legendary TV presenter Ed Sullivan brought the greatest musical acts in the world into America’s living rooms every Sunday night--live from New York. A sequel to Ed Sullivan’s Rock and Roll Classics, Ed Sullivan’s Top Performers 1966-1969 features an amazing line-up of iconic artists singing favorite songs from the era. Hosted by Ed Sullivan and Jay Thomas, Ed Sullivan’s Top Performers 1966-1969 airs Monday, August 13 from 8-10:00 p.m. on WTVP-HD, with an encore scheduled for Sunday, August 19 at 4:30 p.m.

From the Beatles’ American television debut in 1964 to the Doors’ infamous one-time only appearance, “The Ed Sullivan Show” served up an unparalleled roster of timeless artists. This new special features some of the most memorable moments from the superstars of the ’60s pop-rock world.
