The PIN Common Ground Project

WTVP is working with the Peoria Public Library
to encourage individuals to talk honestly about helping others and improving relations in the community. For instance,
there are some great projects underway that offer help to our youngest citizens. In some cases, their parents are not
able to give them the support they need, and need a helping hand themselves. There are a number of established
programs that creatively and compassionately address issues, but some of these programs come under attack by those
who feel they are a waste of time and resources. Their feeling is that people should be able to solve their problems
on their own. Do you agree with this? What do you feel is important in the community? Are these discussions even
worth having?
We’d like to hear your opinions. Your answers will help inform future public affairs programs on
WTVP. Just follow this [link]
to the Public Insight Network and share your opinions on how we can build a better community.
Thank you for your thoughts and suggestions. If you have questions on this project please contact
Linda Miller at 309-495-0591..
