Dunlap officials are currently planning a new park district, creating a TIF district, continuing to pre-annex properties, planning a new waste water treatment plant and developing a master plan. That's a lot for a village of 1,300 residents. At Issue will explore the reasons behind such aggressive growth and how the village hopes to accomplish its goals.
