P.O.V.’s “Critical Condition” examines the nation’s growing health care crisis by capturing the harrowing struggles of four critically ill Americans who discover that being uninsured can cost them their jobs, health, home, savings, even their lives—followed Rx for Change, a look at issues explored in “Critical Condition,” set against the healthcare platforms of the two presidential candidates—Tuesday, Sept. 30 from 8-10 p.m.
