WTVP Is Proud to Announce 12 Winners and
5 Honorable Mentions in the 2011 Local PBS KIDS GO! Writers Contest.
An elephant and giraffe make a daring escape from the zoo. A young turtle finally gets his game on. A girl and her dog open the hearts of their city. And three cats show off their unique styles. These are just a few of the award-winning stories written by Central Illinois students for WTVP’s "PBS KIDS GO! Writers Contest."
The station is pleased to announce the following winners and their stories.
