WTVP Proudly Presents the winners

of the 15th Annual

Congratulations to the 207 coolest kids in Central Illinois! They each wrote and illustrated their very own books and submitted them to the 15th annual WTVP READING RAINBOW Young Writers & Illustrators Contest. WTVP thanks you for sharing your awesome stories with us.

And although it's a tough job to choose, we're pleased to announce this year's local first-, second- and third-place winners. The four first-place winners advanced to the national awards competition, and all our local winners were treated to a party in the WTVP Studio with their families and teachers, and you can look for them on-air, too.

You all did a fantastic job and you're all winners in our book!

Keep reading, keep writing and keep sharing those stories! And be sure to watch READING RAINBOW every weekday at 5pm on WTVP!

COMING SOON! - The winning books will be available online soon. You will need to have Flash Player 6 or higher installed.
