REFLECT AND REMEMBER SUNDAY, JANUARY 29, 5:30 PM
Personal stories from family members of Holocaust survivors are documented in Reflect and Remember, a new WTVP original production premiering on WTVP HD 47.1 at 5:30 p.m. on January 29. Recorded during a special event in the WTVP studio in September 2022, these highly emotional stories give names and faces to a few of the more than 6 million victims of Nazi atrocities in World War II. All have ties to the Peoria area. Introduced by Dr. Seth Katz, associate chair of the English Department at Bradley University, Reflect and Remember is a collaboration of the Jewish Federation of Peoria and WTVP. The 90-minute program features seven speakers and stories of courage and faith amid unspeakable human tragedy.
