Josh Graham | Morton, IL
Real Estate Broker / Commercial Insurance Broker
RE/MAX Traders Unlimited / Ledgestone Insurance Group

Known as someone who gets the job done, Josh Graham is committed to public safety and community service. He is a retired Captain of the Pekin Fire Department, earning multiple honors in his 12 years of service, including Fireman of Year (2016) and the Firefighters Excellence Award (2017) from the Illinois State Fire Marshal’s Office. Although retired from Pekin, he continues over 15 years of service as a Morton Volunteer Firefighter and is a member of the Illinois Honor Guard.

Even though Josh knew from a young age that he wanted to pursue a career in business, transitioning from fire service to real estate pushed him out of his comfort zone. But relying on the discipline and leadership he learned as a firefighter helped him succeed.
Josh has now spent the last nine years as a broker with RE/MAX Traders Unlimited, serving as the Team Leader of the Graham Group and earning a spot in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. He also works as a Commercial Insurance Broker & Relationship Manager with Ledgestone Insurance Group. His wife, Alyssa, says that “Josh is ‘do-er' and has the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities. He has a knack for connecting people and getting things done.”
“Focus on character before titles, relationships before transactions and consistency over quick wins.”
One of Josh’s favorite events is the annual Kevin Brown Memorial Tournament of Champions over Thanksgiving weekend, which raises funds and awareness for glioblastoma research through the KB Strong Foundation. “Knowing that every game, every ticket and every story helps make a difference for families affected by this aggressive brain cancer makes being part of this tournament truly meaningful to me.”
Josh learned dedication and presence from his dad. “He taught me that true success comes from serving others, leading by example and staying committed to your values no matter the challenges. He never missed a single one of my sporting events and spent countless hours shooting hoops with me outside, even after long days at work—demonstrating through both words and actions what it means to be dedicated and present.”

Even with a busy schedule, Josh is a dedicated husband of ten years to Alyssa and a present father of three energetic kids: Warren (6), Benson (4) and McKim (2). The Graham family spends a lot of time at youth sporting events and Josh enjoys competition on the pickleball court whenever he can.
