Board minutes are a product of each meeting of an organization’s board of directors, where one individual will be designated secretary of the meeting and will be responsible for preparing minutes (essentially written notes) memorializing the discussions by the board and setting forth any formal resolutions adopted at the meeting. These minutes will then be reviewed and approved by the board at a subsequent meeting.

Meeting minutes are posted after they have been approved at the next regularly scheduled Board of Directors Meeting, except for closed meeting minutes.
